The MG Owners Club is the World’s largest single marque car club. Formed in 1973 and supplying all MG requirements, the Club provides a full range of benefits for the dedicated MG enthusiast or the less enthusiastic owner who simply enjoys running an MG for everyday transport or just for fun.
The MG car Club is one of the world’s leading international car clubs. From it’s foundation in 1930 by John Thornley, former Managing Director of the M G Car Company, the Club has provided MG Enthusiasts with an unrivalled range of services and benefits.
The Club has been established since 1969. It’s aim is to maintain and preserve the cars for which Abingdon was traditionally renowned. The object of the Club is to arrange social and sporting meetings for the benefit of members, to provide members with information, advice and assistance and generally further the interest in the preservation and renovation of M G car built prior to 1956.
