To join or renew your membership, download, print and complete the attached membership form and send it with your family annual fee of just £5 to the address provided on the form.

Instructions of how to complete the membership form using your computer.

Click on the image of the form to the left.  This will open it in a new ACROBAT READER window.
You can complete it on your computer and then print it out for sending with you cheque.
Click in each of the fields requiring information (represented by the dotted lines) and enter the required information.
For details that you would not wish to be published in the members directory, clicking in the boxes down the right of the form will mark them with a cross.
You can click the box again to remove the cross if entered in error.
If you are completing the form by hand, please writing a cross (X) in the relevant box for the details you do not wish to have published.
The form can be saved onto your computer when you have completed it.  This will allow you to easily submit it for following years subscription into the club.

Alternatively, the form can be printed and completed by hand, but please use BLOCK CAPITALS and complete it in BLACK ink.
Simply open the form by clicking in the form image to the left and select the print icon from your ACROBAT READER window.

Please remember to let us know which details you would NOT wish to see published in the members directory.
